THE POINTE ROYALE PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC (POA) is governed by a board of Directors consisting of nine elected members. The Board governs the Village according to the existing by-laws and restrictive covenants, oversees capital improvements and manages revenues and expenses within the annual budget which is approved by the general membership.
The POA assessment paid by all the Pointe Royale property owners covers maintenance and taxes for our road system, clubhouse, tennis courts, swimming pools and other common grounds, capital improvements, debt retirement, security and administrative expenses. The 2025 POA assessment for each property owner is $1,815 per year.
